Random testing is not practical. The deaths show how many people are affected. For every 100 infected there are 2 deaths. That gives an indication on how many people are infected. But it does not tell you which districts are infected. Hi i have sat and hear about the virus and the death toll of UK citizens, which is a serious issue for all of us.
