Cependant, il convient de noter que les données sur les régions individuelles sont soumises à de solides examens quotidiens, car un nombre relativement petit de nouveaux cas peut varier considérablement par extrapolation.
Par conséquent, la tendance nationale, basée sur une base de données plus large, doit d’abord être suivie et indique maintenant l’horizon de mai, même si nous considérons les valeurs non standard possibles qui pourraient atteindre dans les semaines à venir. Wim is completely wrong about his theories—all this has been known by yogis of all stripes for thousands of years –control of the mind-body is the number one aim in yoga so that one can transcend the basic functioning of the body and go further in evolution. The science is well-known amongst such individuals and is very ‘out there’ compared to Wim’s idea of what is happening
That’s what divers do. They basically hyperventilate with fast breathing so they can stay underwater longer because O2 is built up in the blood.

Any deep breathing/continuous intentional deep breathing: daily, through tough physical challenges, while sitting with a quiet mind, is very beneficial to the immune system, muscles that crave oxygen and the brain. Everything in the body loves oxygen, as much as it can get.
To bad you would struggle to get far with this, the western medical industry would never let it happen. But at least we have something that can be done at home. I just wish the medical industry would ever acknowledge anything is beneficial that doesn’t come from a $200 pill that slowly kills you more.

My father has had crohns disease for the past 17 years, he suffers serious chronic pain all the time, he also wears a drainage bag for an abscess in his stomach, I am wondering will mr. Hofs exercises help him, bear in mind my father had a heart attack two and a half years ago, he went through a triple bypass, also he is 64 years old so would it be safe to do. I’ve only practiced portions of Wim Hof method, but I almost live by it. I work at Disney and when it was pouring icy rain, I’d refuse any ponchos or jackets. I get drenched and my mood rises and my heart rate remains steady. It only stops when I stand still too long and lose focus
I just did the breathing technique and I feel amazing I held my breath and I got bored with how long I could hold it I’m so chill it took a while to text properly

When he says, « to me God is cold » he is correct because, God is « All in All » or « The All ». Win Hof has tapped into one aspect or manifestation of God and embraced that aspect more or less becoming one with « The All » / The Cold. He enjoys merging with « The One ». that manifests itself as cold and everything else that exists. God IS pure potential.
So inspiring person, i know if some of my close ones ever suffered depression, wim would be first person i would send them to. He’s the kind of a dude to help you find the light when you feel hopeless.
Good stuff for sure just took a ice cold bath feel great. There is Nothing in this world that can touch the real you. Can you leave yourself behind. Leave your ego behind and live in the Now. Live without clinging to labels and ideas. There are No roadmaps to the here and now. You may have no idea of what I’m saying but let wisdom drop into your mind. Heaven is accepting the now. The breathing method overoxidates your blood so in turn there will be a longer span of time before another breath is needed

So flash forward from my last remark. I have Erythromelalgia and am currently in a room with the window open and it is early spring. The temperature inside my room is 61 and I am buried under blankets but my legs and hands to elbows are exposed to the cold. The condition feels like a sunburn being splashed with hot coffee and occasionally a cactus being slapped on my bare skin. I guess I need to step it up a bit. BBL
I was able, at 36, to teach a group of younger people… 18 and up… how to do a mantra called MAaaaaaaa. It opened their minds to breathing techniques for anxiety control, pain control and it opened their hearts to trust others as well as to learn from their own bodies and minds that they could also trust themselves. 24 years later and I have run into many of those same young people who thanked me for the lesson. Thanks Vice, you reminded me of a lesson I learned so long ago. Blessings.

Man this skinny ass dork he’s not getting it through his stubborn negative head that it’s possible for any human being to do what wim Hof does he just keeps finding reasons on why he thinks only wim hof can do it. Wim literally keeps saying any human can do this! & he’s proven it. It’s not that hard to take in.
I do these exercises all the time, they’re called panic attacks, the only thing here it’s self induced, and controlled, when you have a panic attack your body goes into a high adrenaline state, forcefully releasing stress hormones,, the breathing practice is just hyperventilating, after these attacks your body gets into a certain state of calmness and control because of the total stress relief, when i had attacks i feel very controlled and relaxed, where nothing hurts me, at that point i could also walk around in the cold in just my shirt and shorts. (I live in the same country as wim) the will power and self control mixed with the hyperventilation wich you tend to do if you are hypersensitive.
