Une sorte de tragique stress test, qui met le niveau de état de préparation Capacité d’intervention d’urgence des différents systèmes de santé. Sous les yeux inquiets du monde se déroule une expérience sociale dramatique qui, dans le froid calcul des décès nous fera comprendre quelle politique de lutte contre les épidémies et quelles caractéristiques des modèles d’organisation de l’offre de soins hospitaliers sont les plus efficaces. Nous mesurerons l’impact comparatif de la pandémie sur la capacité de rétention des Modèle privatiste américain, dominé par le marché de la couverture d’assurance, et par les autres systèmes des pays occidentaux, dont celui de l’Italie, généralement confiés à la prise de main publique, rendu plus solide ou fragile par le montant des financements, par la nature des modèles de gestion adoptés et par la régulation des activités des opérateurs privés. On sait désormais qu’avec ses 30 lits en réanimation pour 100 000 habitants, l’Allemagne est plus préparée à faire face à l’impact du virus que l’Italie et la France, arrêtées à 12, l’Espagne à 10, ou le Royaume-Uni qui est limité à 7 – et cela jette une ombre sinistre sur les résultats néfastes probables du projet de vaccination des troupeaux au moyen d’une contagion de masse contrôlée proposée par les conseillers scientifiques du gouvernement Boris Johnson.

Des cas d’implantation de valves cardiaques défectueuses à la fureur chirurgicale envers les patients en phase terminale, des améliorations de la pseudo-efficacité des dépenses de santé avec lesquelles ils ont été détruits, des principes d’excellence jusqu’aux frais publics exorbitants et indus payés aux cliniques privées en échange d’une compensation pour les fixateurs, le financement électoral et les vacances du gouverneur d’alors de Lombard. À quel point le fardeau de la corruption dans le domaine de la santé est lourd, il suffirait de quatre pour cent des citoyens italiens qui, au cours des douze mois précédents, ont dû prendre en charge des paiements supplémentaires non payés pour accéder aux services de santé publique, selon une enquête Eurobaromètre 2017 (voir graphique ci-dessous). Une étude du Fonds monétaire international a montré que tous les indicateurs d’efficacité des soins de santé – par exemple, le taux de mortalité infantile – sont associés de manière significative à de faibles niveaux de corruption: – Premièrement, améliorer les indicateurs de qualité des Les dépenses de santé ne nécessitent pas nécessairement plus de dépenses publiques. Avec l’alarme tragique de ces semaines les effets létaux de la corruption devraient être amplifiés, dans la hâte d’obtenir les fournitures nécessaires pour combler les lacunes et les carences du système, les achats extraordinaires ont toujours été les plus vulnérables à l’appétit des corrompus et des corrompus. La disponibilité de places en soins intensifs, qui en Italie avec de graves disproportions régionales, est malheureusement en moyenne la moitié de celle en Allemagne, reflète exactement le montant des investissements publics: selon les dernières données de l’OCDE, les dépenses dans le secteur de la santé en Italie, il est égal à 2274 euros par habitant, contre 4508 euros en Allemagne (voir schéma ci-dessous). Tout simplement, la qualité des services offerts par les systèmes de santé dépend du nombre de ressources qui y sont investies et de la manière dont elles sont dépensées. N’oublions pas que les soins de santé italiens appauvris et pillés non seulement réduisent le fardeau de la corruption, mais aussi le gouffre de plus de 100 milliards par an d’évasion fiscale de masse dans les budgets publics. Deux pathologies qui en Italie – pas par hasard – connaissent un degré de diffusion anormal selon tous les indicateurs. Une responsabilité politique collective, donc, dont nous devrons prendre en charge, également envers les nombreuses victimes évitables du coronavirus.

In case anyone isn’t convinced by the video, my grandfather’s younger brother (he would be in his early 80s today) got meningitis as a young child in the 30s. He survived, but ended up with serious mental/intellectual disabilities, failed to thrive, and required constant care and supervision for the rest of his life. I think he was in his 40s when he passed away eventually, which is especially awful because as his siblings show, that side of the family has impressive longevity. His older sister (my great aunt) lived to be 91/92, and his brother (my grandfather) is currently 85 years old. His health has only really started to fail him recently (we fear the worst for him with the pandemic), but that he’s gone on this long is a testament to what our family is capable of, and what my great uncle could have had for himself. Anyone who suggests that meningitis is « just a rash illness » to me will get a rational explanation first, and a swift boot to the rear second. No one should suffer needlessly.

I’m so sorry, does my brain make you feel… uncomfortable? Well, guess what, bitch! I’m probably smarter than you. I’m kind of a knowledge savant. That means I remember facts. I’m incredibly intelligent for my age, because I just… remember things. I just don’t understand your “societal interactions” and how they work. I get confused. Plus, I can never focus on anything, because, like, I already know most of what they’re “teaching” me in school. And I’ve had a rough childhood! If anything, if you believe that you should hope very few people will believe it as well because once a high enough % of the population refuse vaccines, the diseases that were once eradicated will return.
